These Terms of Sale govern the sale of products by WE2YOU LTD through we2you.co.uk. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By placing an order you agree to these terms. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. How a contract is formed

When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received it. This acknowledgement does not mean your order has been accepted. A binding contract is only formed when we send you a confirmation email stating that your order has been dispatched. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

3. Products

We take care to describe and picture our products accurately. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to your screen settings. All products are subject to availability.

4. Price and payment
  • All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order.
  • Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment provider,
  • If a price is listed incorrectly due to an obvious error, we are not obliged to supply the product at the wrong price and will contact you to confirm whether you wish to continue at the correct price.
5. Delivery
  • We deliver to UK and selected international destinations.
  • Estimated delivery time is 5-20 working days from dispatch, via Carriers
  • Delivery times are estimates. If your order has not arrived within 30 days, please contact us.
  • Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you provided.
6. Your right to cancel (14-day cooling-off period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To cancel, email us at info@we2you.co.uk before the 14-day period ends. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. Full details of how returns and refunds work are set out in our Refund Policy.

Certain items are excluded from this right, including sealed goods that have been unsealed and are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons (for example pierced jewellery), and goods made or personalised to your specification.

7. Faulty or misdescribed goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If an item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a remedy — a repair, replacement, or refund — depending on the circumstances. Please see our Refund Policy.

8. Our liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory consumer rights. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable or for losses arising from your own misuse of a product.

9. Events outside our control

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control. If such an event occurs, we will contact you and either extend the delivery time or, if appropriate, cancel the order and provide a full refund.

10. Governing law

These Terms of Sale and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
