This policy explains how to return items bought from WE2YOU LTD at we2you.co.uk and how refunds work. It is in addition to, and does not affect, your legal rights as a consumer.

1. Your right to cancel (14-day cooling-off period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason. To cancel, email us at info@we2you.co.uk with your order number before the 14 days end. After cancelling, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us.

2. Condition of returned items

To receive a full refund, items should be returned unused, in their original condition, with tags attached and any original packaging. We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value if the goods have been handled more than was necessary to inspect them — in the same way you would be able to in a shop.

3. Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Pierced jewellery (e.g. earrings) where the seal or hygiene packaging has been opened;
  • Items made to order or personalised to your specification;
4. How to return an item
  1. Email info@we2you.co.uk with your order number to tell us what you are returning.
  2. Pack the item securely.
  3. Send it to: Henriques Street, London, E1 1NB, 
  4. We recommend obtaining proof of postage, as the goods are your responsibility until they reach us.
5. Return postage costs

The cost of returning an item is paid by you, unless the item is faulty, not as described, or sent in error, in which case we will cover the return postage.

6. Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method.
  • We will refund the price of the goods and the standard outbound delivery charge. We are not required to refund any extra you paid for a premium or express delivery option above our standard rate.
  • If you are returning only part of an order, the outbound delivery charge will not be refunded.
7. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered:

  • Contact us at info@we2you.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and, if possible, a photo.
  • If you tell us within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • After 30 days, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement, and to a refund if a repair or replacement is not possible.
  • We will cover the cost of return postage for faulty or incorrect items.
8. Exchanges

 We do not offer direct exchanges; please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
